Blacksky sells the same platform its own AI runs on. Prism and AgentOS are the two biggest parts: Prism makes big data understandable, and AgentOS connects people to it. Each part has its own document with the details.
Prism: making big data understandable
The data layer. Prism collects large bodies of information from their sources, structures and enriches them, and keeps them searchable by meaning, in tiers so an organization pays only for what it needs. KnowGov's 11.9 million documents run on it. See Prism: making big data understandable.
AgentOS
The platform every Blacksky agent runs on. An agent is a persona, a set of documents and a configuration; AgentOS supplies conversation, retrieval with sources, memory, actions that a person approves, and dashboards for the people who run it. Dewey: the phone product
An AI that answers an organization's phone line from its own documents, lets callers interrupt, switches languages, and hands off to a person with a summary of the call. Maurice, on Blacksky's own line, is a Dewey. See Dewey: an AI that answers your phone line.
Black Cloud: hosting as a product

How they fit together
Prism is what an agent knows. AgentOS is the agent. Dewey is the agent on the phone. GoodBrains is how it thinks. Black Cloud is where it runs. Maurice, Blacksky's AI, is all four at once, which is the point: talking to him is the demonstration.
