Both are the same Maurice, reading the same Blacksky documents. On the phone he keeps answers short and lets you interrupt. In the chat he can show you more: cards for past work, the documents he is drawing on, and a recap of the conversation you can save.
What he can help with
Explaining what Blacksky builds and has built, for whom, and how an engagement works. Pointing you to the closest past work for what you are trying to do. Taking your details and arranging a follow up with Mario, by email or a callback. Mario confirms every follow up before it happens.
What he will not do
Quote a price, invent an answer, or promise something Blacksky has not approved. If his documents do not cover a question, he says so.

Maurice as a product
Maurice is also the demonstration of what Blacksky sells. An organization can have its own agent like him, on its own phone number and website, answering from its own documents. That is AgentOS, with Dewey for the phone and Black Cloud for hosting. The earlier Maurice SaaS platform has been retired.
